Episodes 10-12 of Middle-earth Talk Radio now online

UPDATE: Due to changes in URL structures at the Middle-earth Radio Website the most current links to episodes will be maintained at Xenite.Org’s Middle-earth Website. Check out Episode 10, Episode 11, and Episode 12.

You can now download the three latest episodes from Middle-earth Talk Radio, which is co-hosted by Hawke Robinson (founder of MERP.com and MERPcon/Tolkien Moot) and me (Michael Martinez).

Although episodes 10 and 11 were recorded in February before I became ill, Episode 12 was recorded Sunday, April 19. It includes discussion of some of the latest news from the world of Tolkien-related topics. Tune in to hear the latest ….

Okay, you don’t have to tune in. HarperCollins has purchased worldwide electronic distribution rights for Tolkien’s books. You may now download them legally. In other recently breaking news, Peter Jackson and Guillermo del Toro gave an interview to Empire Online in which they disclosed that the two Hobbit films will NOT attempt to bridge the years between The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings (thus leaving plenty of opportunity for fan films to bridge the gap).

Apparently the del Toro movies will dress up the backstory with Gandalf, the White Council, and the Necromancer.

Guillermo — I’m still available for research if you want my help….
