2009 Phoenix Film Festival calls for submissions

We received this announcement recently and I’ve agreed to pass it on. I’ve invited the foundation representatives to post more information in the General Movies Forum at SF-Fandom. Anyone else who wants help in promoting film festivals and special events, please feel free to Xenite.Org Network Administrators and we’ll consider your request. Be sure we can contact you if we have any questions (or answers to your own questions).

Arizona’s Premier Genre Film Festival wants you! From the producers of the Phoenix Film Festival, the International Horror & Sci Fi Film Festival is now accepting Horror & Sci Fi Feature and Short submissions, as well as Screenplays and Student Shorts!

The International Horror & Sci-Fi Film Festival is Arizona’s largest genre Film Festival featuring competition and showcase films from both the Horror & Sci-Fi genres from all over the world. Or goal is to bring in the freshest new films and emerging talent within the Horror and Sci-Fi genres. A recent attending filmmaker commented, “The weekend was a pleasure to attend. Not one detail was left out. I was truly blown away. Other festivals should take notice, the IHSFF is smart & on the edge of independent filmmaking. All the filmmakers in attendance felt a true appreciation for their efforts”.

So don’t miss out, submissions are being accepted now through August 7! Go to www.horrorscifi.com and submit your film or screenplay today.
