Esurance has added a section to its Web site to promote the new Star Trek movie. You can see behind-the-scenes footage including interviews with cast members, producers/writers J.J. Abrams, Roberto Orci, and Alex Kurtzman, as well as scene snippets not previously revealed in the trailers.
They’ve also got a “Biggest Trekkie Contest”.

I’m not sure what the connection between Esurance and Star Trek is supposed to be. Are they trying to animate Star Trek fandom? (Okay, that was an unworthy pun.) The commercialization of movie franchises just took on a whole new dimension.
